Terms and Conditions – please ensure you read these before participating:

  1. All tours are operated by Sydney Bike Tours Pty Ltd ACN 128 472 944 (SBT).
  2. Riders need to be of a sufficient level of health, physical fitness and riding ability to participate in a cycling tour. It is your responsibility to determine whether you satisfy these criteria.
  3. Riders must be aged 13 years or over.
  4. Riders participate at their own risk and will be required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to starting a tour. Riders are responsible for their own actions and must exercise an appropriate level of care and obey the directions and instructions of the tour guide at all times. Riders must not interfere with the enjoyment of other riders.
  5. To the extent permitted by law, SBT excludes liability and SBT, its officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from or connected with a tour no matter how it is caused. Certain laws imply non-excludable conditions and warranties. This provision does not exclude those conditions and warranties but, in relation to them, limits SBT’s liability to the provision of services provided by SBT again, or a refund of the cost of those services. It is recommended that all riders have their own personal travel, health and other insurance policies.
  6. SBT reserves the right to vary advertised routes, prices, times and departure points without prior notice. SBT will not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from any delay in the starting or ending of a tour.
  7. SBT reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate your tour in its absolute discretion.
  8. Tours will still operate in inclement weather conditions, however SBT reserves the right to cancel or terminate tours for any reason if deemed unsafe for riders. In the event that less than 50% of a tour has been completed, the tour will be rescheduled to an alternate time or, where this is not possible, a refund will be issued via your booking agent.
  9. Cancellations earlier than 72 hours prior to a tour will incur a $10.00 administration fee. Cancellations inside 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, or inside 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  10. Riders may be filmed/photographed during tours and SBT reserves the right to use or reproduce such film/photos for any purpose whatsoever without notification or payment.
  11. A processing fee of 2% applies to all credit card transactions.
  12. Your reservation will not be confirmed until full payment is received or secured by credit card.
  13. All listed information is correct at the time of printing.
  14. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. SBT and each rider submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW Courts in respect of these terms and conditions and any dispute between them.
